The purpose of the Safelayer Technical Support Service is to provide technical solutions to customers and partners who use Safelayer products by helping them to resolve problems and complement their License Updating Service.

This technical assistance caters for problem resolution and product information in addition to the resolution of enquiries about PKI applicable standards, product interoperability, technical advice, etc. To meet the different needs , Safelayer offers two technical support levels:

  • Technical Support for Product Deployment: to assist with any problem or incident directly involving a Safelayer product and to provide consultancy during the installation, configuration and administration processes.
  • Technical Support for System Integrators: to provide support for all matters related to the use and the functionalities of Safelayer products and for the interpretation of supported standards.
