Diego Volkenandt, new Business Development Manager at Safelayer

Diego Volkenandt, who is 40 years old and from Germany, has been appointed Business Development Manager at Safelayer Secure Communications to assist in the company’s international business development.

Diego studied Computer Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Dortmund in Germany and he has a Master’s Degree in Marketing from Les Heures University in Barcelona.

Prior to his appointment, Diego was General Manager at the Spanish subsidiary of SEEBURGER, a European technology company that is leader in the area of Business Integration, RFID and Digital Invoicing, where he was responsible for the Spanish, Portuguese and Latin American markets. Volkenandt has extensive national and international experience in the field of Strategic Marketing and Business Development, having spent part of his professional career in Germany and the United States. Diego has also worked as Marketing Director for a number of Spanish consultancy firms.
